Having physical activity equipment and teaching children how to use it gives them knowledge and skills for a lifetime. 

Success story: The HNHfoundation awarded a grant to Newmarket Elementary School to purchase bicycles and bike helmets.  The bicycles are used for physical education class, the after school bicycle club and family bicycle nights.
