Who We Are
The HNHfoundation's mission, which we seek to fulfill through our grantmaking process, is to help nonprofit organizations and agencies working to evaluate and promote access to quality health care insurance coverage. We also support, through grantmaking, nonprofit organizations and agencies that promote healthy behaviors and lifestyles.

The HNHfoundation provides grants to community-based and statewide nonprofits and organizations that best meet this mission.
