The HNH Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of five new board members and a new finance & administration manager.
We would also like to thank departing board member Elaine Van Dyke who served for six years on our board.
Bobbie D. Bagley of Londonderry has twenty years of experience in the field of public health services and currently serves under the Mayor of Nashua as the city’s Director of the Division of Public Health and Community Services. Her experience includes developing and implementing programs to promote, protect and preserve health and safety through assessment, policy and delivery of services. Bobbie also developed the undergraduate and graduate public health programs at Rivier University and served as its Director of Public Health Programs.
Dr. Benjamin Chan, MD, MPH of Lebanon is the State Epidemiologist for the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services. His work at the Department of Health and Human Services involves providing medical and epidemiology support to the Division of Public Health Services where he has been involved in responding to emerging infectious disease outbreaks and to emerging environmental health concerns around drinking water contamination.
Matthew Boyle, CFP® of Hopkinton is the Branch Manager for Waddell & Reed’s New England Complex in Bedford. He has been involved in financial services for more than 20 years, providing investment and planning solutions to families, non-profits and businesses. As the firm’s branch manager for Bedford, Matt supports a team of financial advisors through acquisition and transition, practice development and market engagement, as well as supervision and business succession strategies.
Deborah Fournier of Exeter is Senior Director, Clinical and Community Connections, Association of State and Territorial Health Officers. Previously, she served as New Hampshire Medicaid Director. Before joining New Hampshire DHHS, Deborah was the Policy Analyst at the New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute where she led strategic planning and implementation of health care policy and advocacy. She holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
Roland Lamy of Bow is a Principal at Helms & Company, Inc., where he provides clients with expertise in health care provider contract negotiations, physician practice management, healthcare business valuation and evaluation of commercial insurance options for employers and government agencies. Prior to joining Helms & Company, Roland served as the Assistant Director of Health Planning and Medicaid for New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. He is the former chair of the NH Healthy Kids Corporation.
Leslie Craigen, MHA of Barrington has joined the HNH Foundation as its Finance & Administration Manager. She is experienced in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, multi-year forecasting, business operations and modeling, database reporting and project management. She worked with Kindred Healthcare for many years and was most recently Executive Director of Kindred at Home, a home health agency providing care to clients in York County, Maine.
